Online Course Compensation. Faculty compensation for teaching online courses will be as follows: The Stipend for developing, redesigning, or delivering a three or more credit hour online course will be as follows: a. Initial development $5,000 b. Re-design $3,000 c. Incentive $1,850† d. Royalty $300 † The $1850 incentive will be paid when the online course in an online program is taught as an overload during the Spring or Fall semester, or when it is taught as part of a special session (such as January Intersession or summer sessions).
