Online Orders. Some AT devices are not available through a durable medical equipment provider and may be purchased online by IDEA/Part C State Office. These requests require an IFSP change review meeting, as well as a completed AT request packet. If approved, the item will be mailed to the Service Coordinator who will be responsible to deliver the item to the family.
