Online Program Enrollment. The Company’s online program (the “Online Program”) shall be available and accessible to any of the School’s Students who choose to enroll, and with the consent of the Student’s parent or guardian if the Student is under the age of 18. Student shall not be required to participate in the Online Program. A Student that enrolls in the Online Program shall be required to provide necessary registration information on the Company’s website, and agree to the terms of service and other policies attached to the website. The Online Program is free of cost to the Students and the Schools.

XXX will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.
