Online program. The School’s educational program as contained in the Application and reviewed by the Institute may include certain online program elements, and such elements are hereby accepted by the Institute. The School is prohibited from offering an exclusive online program without prior written authorization from the Institute.
Online program. The School’s educational program as contained in the Renewal Application and reviewed by the Institute does not include an on-line program pursuant to CRS 22-33-104.6, and the School is accordingly prohibited from offering such an on-line program without prior written authorization from the Institute.
Online program. The Institute and the School acknowledge and agree that the School is permitted to provide an online education program only in accordance with Exhibit G to this Contract. The School shall obtain prior Institute approval and this Contract shall be modified prior to the School providing any online education program to students other than as identified in Exhibit G.
Online program. Purpose: The purpose of the practicum evaluation is to gather information about your experience in completing the field placement requirement. The information you provide will be used in assessing the degree to which the placement meets program requirements. We thank you for your time and effort in completing this survey as the field placement experience is an essential part of students’ training.

The School may use online learning programs for students enrolling in Credit Recovery, Credit Acceleration, Elective Courses not currently offered in-person, in the case of scheduling conflicts, and for students requiring this option for an IEP or Section 504. Students may not be entered in more than 4 on-line courses within 1 semester. In the event of school closures that require distance learning through remote access during the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic or other future pandemic, the School will be permitted to conduct online learning for all students.

Online program of the program fees collected by The Company and as configured in the system by the service provider, after the deduction of Payment gateway charges and other applicable taxes will be intimated to the service provider.
