These reports may include Back Order or Current Order Status reports. In addition, the system shall be able to provide the ability for the User agency to create custom reports. The requesting Participating State shall be able to select specific fields and create a necessary report for their specific needs. Data Fields shall include, but not be limited to, purchasing entity, Purchase Order Number, Order date, Invoice date, Publisher, Publisher Part Number, Software Reseller’s Part Number, Description, Quantity Shipped, Unit actual price, Extended Price, Sales Tax and order total. Reports shall be able to be shown online as well as emailed to the requesting Participating State, if requested. Examples of Reseller’s standard and online reports shall be submitted with the offer.

The email address on your “My Forum” account must be the same as on this agreement to access the “My Consignments” reports. “My Consignments” (within “My Forum”) includes a current monthly statement, consignment history, and listings of sold, unsold, in-process (not yet in the catalog) and withdrawn coins.
