Online SELECT. 4.01. Bentley may, from time to time, offer Subscriber services, including, but not limited to, certain software fulfillment, support, social media, and training services, to its SELECT subscribers via the internet, or through technology developed in the future (collectively “Online SELECT”). Subscriber may only use an Online SELECT service in accordance with and subject to this Agreement, and any terms of use for the applicable Online SELECT service, which terms supplement this Agreement. In the event of a conflict with any Online SELECT service terms of use, the terms of this Agreement shall control. 4.02. Bentley shall have the sole right to control the format, content, delivery and all other aspects of Online SELECT. Bentley specifically reserves the right at any time to modify the information provided through Online SELECT, discontinue any portion of Online SELECT, or terminate any Online SELECT service altogether without providing Subscriber any prior notice.
