Open Record Sample Clauses

Open Record. The grievance file is an open record. It is open for review by the employee and his representative, and must not contain any document that is not available to employees. Information to which the committee is exposed, which cannot be made available to the employee in the form it was received, must be included in the file in a form which the employee can review or it must not be used.
Open Record. Employee recognizes that this agreement and any exhibits is an open record under the laws of the State of North Dakota. If either party is asked about this document, they may discuss it.

  • Open Records The Authority is a governmental body subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code, chapter 552), and as such the Authority is required to disclose to the public (upon request) this Contract and certain other information and documents relating to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. In this regard, the Consultant agrees that the disclosure of this Contract or any other information or materials related to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby to the public by the Authority as required by the Texas Public Information Act or any other applicable law will not expose the Authority (or any party acting by, through or under the Authority) to any claim, liability or action by the Consultant.

  • Open Records Act Owner and Design Professional and Contractor acknowledge and agree that all records of the project and the Work, including records of Subcontractors, are subject to the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §50-18-70 et seq., with particular attention being called to O.C.G.A. §50-18-70(a) regarding the records of private persons, firms, corporations, or other private entity engaged in performance of services or functions on behalf of a state agency, public agency or public office.

  • Written Report To provide a written report of the investigation to the County Compliance Manager within ten (10) working days of the discovery of the breach or unauthorized use or disclosure. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the information specified above, as well as a full, detailed corrective action plan, including information on measures that were taken to halt and/or contain the improper use or disclosure.

  • Written Reports The Company may request that project plans, progress reports and a final results report be provided by Contractor on a monthly basis. A final results report shall be due at the conclusion of the project and shall be submitted to the Company in a confidential written report at such time. The results report shall be in such form and setting forth such information and data as is reasonably requested by the Company.

  • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees. You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.

  • Electronic Records You acknowledge and agree that we may in our discretion store all records electronically; and that we will not retain and have no obligation to retain any original documents for any period of time. This applies to all documentation including but not limited to checks, transaction records, notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other loan and/or security documentation. We will routinely destroy all original documentation. We may store records electronically via imaging, scanning, filming or other technology used in the financial services industry for the storage of documentation via internal processes or third-party processors that we approve for these services. You agree that such storage shall be secure, and further agree that such records shall for all purposes be recognized and admissible in evidence or otherwise to prove the agreements, rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to any such records.

  • Credit Reporting; Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (a) With respect to each Mortgage Loan, each Sexxxxxx xxxxxx xx xully furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on its borrower credit files to Equifax, Experian and TransUnion Credit Information Company (three of the credit repositories), on a monthly basis. (b) Each Servicer shall comply with Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 and all applicable regulations promulgatxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxating to the Mortgage Loans required to be serviced by it and the related borrowers and shall provide all required notices thereunder.

  • Counterparts; Electronic Signatures Electronic signatures shall be deemed original signatures for purposes of this Agreement and all matters related thereto, and shall have the same legal effect as original signatures.

  • Counterparts; Electronic Signature This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original but all of which will constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or electronic signature in portable document format (.pdf) and a facsimile or electronic signature in portable document format (.pdf) will constitute an original for all purposes.

  • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.
