Opening of Tenders. 2.18.1 The Procuring entity will open all tenders in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend, at Procurement Department Boardroom, (Thursday, 2nd September, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. AT Egerton University Procurement Boardroom ) and in the location specified in the invitation to tender.
