Common use of OPENING SESSION Clause in Contracts

OPENING SESSION. At the initial session, the parties shall develop a meeting schedule and exchange written agendas and/or subject matters to be negotiated. After the initial session, no new agendas or subjects shall be submitted by either party, except by mutual consent, except that either party may submit language that corrects mistakes in its initial proposal.
