Operating Charges for Rotary Wing Aircraft. Operating Charges for Rotary Wing aircraft will be due and payable to the Contractor for that period of time, authorised by NAFC or a Member and calculated when the rotors are in motion under power as measured by an automated device as set out in clauses 5 and 6 of Schedule 5.
