Common use of Operating Committee Clause in Contracts

Operating Committee. (a) HEALTHeLINK shall create and maintain an Operating Committee (the “Operating Committee”), which shall act as a resource to HEALTHeLINK’s Board of Directors. The composition of the Operating Committee shall be determined by the Board of Directors of HEALTHeLINK in accordance with the Bylaws of HEALTHeLINK. Actions taken by the Operating Committee are subject to amendment or revocation by the Board of Directors of HEALTHeLINK. (b) The Operating Committee shall meet not less than quarterly to consider and resolve various issues pertaining to HEALTHeLINK.
