  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • Property Management Borrower will provide for professional management of the Mortgaged Property by the Property Manager at all times under a property management agreement approved by Lender in writing. Borrower will not surrender, terminate, cancel, modify, renew or extend its property management agreement, or enter into any other agreement relating to the management or operation of the Mortgaged Property with Property Manager or any other Person, or consent to the assignment by the Property Manager of its interest under such property management agreement, in each case without the consent of Lender, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Project Records ‌ As further described below, Project records include but are not limited to Grantee, financial, and voucher records. All Project records must be retained for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this Grant. All Project records are subject to audit pursuant to Section P of this Grant Agreement. Upon completion of the third year of record retention, the Grantee shall submit all Project records to CARB. Hardcopy of electronic records are suitable. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Contractor’s Records The Contractor shall keep true and accurate accounts, records, books and data which shall correctly reflect the business transacted by the Contractor in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. These records shall be stored in Orange County for a period of three (3) years after final payment is received from the County. Storage of records in another county will require written approval from the County of Orange assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent.

  • Management Agreement The Management Agreement is in full force and effect and there is no default thereunder by any party thereto and no event has occurred that, with the passage of time and/or the giving of notice would constitute a default thereunder.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.
