Contents of Operating Papers. All operating papers shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following items, as long as they are consistent with the express terms of this Agreement: a. Mission statement; b. Definition of voting faculty; c. Merit criteria and process for awarding merit raises, including how the annual review process of Faculty is used in awarding merit raises; d. Tenure and promotion guidelines and procedures; e. Roles, responsibilities, and authority of committees; f. Policies on the use of proxies and the integrity of the secret ballot process (e.g., double blind balloting); g. Process for determining the composition of committees; h. Role and responsibilities of the Chair/Director and procedures for Faculty to provide recommendations to the Xxxx on the appointment and review of a Chair/Director; i. Procedure for reviewing and amending the operating paper; j. Academic qualifications of new Faculty to be recruited; k. Criteria to be applied when determining workload. Any such language shall be in compliance with the provisions of Article 8. Initial credit hour equivalencies shall be adopted exclusively in accordance with Addendum B.

For schools and Library Affairs operating papers, merit criteria and process for awarding merit raises, including how the annual review process of Faculty is used in awarding merit raises; d. Tenure and promotion standards, guidelines and procedures; e. Establishment, roles, responsibilities, composition, and authority of committees, including unit-level procedures for making curricular decisions; f. Qualifications, role and responsibilities of the Xxxx (for College Operating Papers) or Director (for schools operating papers) and procedures for Faculty to provide recommendations to the Xxxx on the appointment and review of a Director; and, for College Operating Papers, procedures for review of the Xxxx; g. Procedure for reviewing and amending the operating paper; h. Academic qualifications of new Faculty to be recruited, and procedures for the academic unit to make hiring requests to the Xxxx; i. For School and Library Affairs operating papers, criteria to be applied when determining workload, including workload assignment criteria for credit hour equivalencies pertaining to indirect and/or contact-hour teaching. Any such language shall be in compliance with the provisions of Article 8.

  • Date of Operation 3.1 This Agreement remains in force until 2/7/2027. The agreement will continue to apply beyond its expiration date until it is replaced in accordance with the FW Act.

  • Payment of Operating Expenses Subject to the provisions of Section 6.08(c), Borrower will (i) pay the expenses of operating, managing, maintaining and repairing the Mortgaged Property (including utilities, Repairs and Capital Replacements) before the last date upon which each such payment may be made without any penalty or interest charge being added, and (ii) pay Insurance premiums at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of each policy of Insurance, unless applicable law specifies some lesser period.
