Operating Responsibilities. During any interruption of the normal operation of the EIM, the EIM Entity as Balancing Authority shall remain responsible for managing the resources in its Balancing Authority Area and the flows on internal transmission lines, including imports into and exports out of its Balancing Authority Area, for the duration of the interruption.
