Operating Supplies. Operating supplies include fuel, oil, filters, lube/oil changes. Even though Block 7 may specify that all operating supplies are to be furnished by the Contractor (wet), the Government may, at its option, elect to furnish such supplies when necessary to keep the equipment operating. The cost of such supplies will be determined by the Government and deducted from payment to the Contractor.
Operating Supplies. LGFF equipment will be reimbursed for fuel used to and from an incident and while assigned to a fire. Costs will be reimbursed with proper documentation (e.g. detailed receipt). Repairs and normal maintenance will be the LGFF’s responsibility. All operating supplies including fuel & oil are to be furnished by the government to the LGFF (dry).
Operating Supplies. Manager shall select and purchase all operating supplies for the Hotel such as food, beverages, fuel, soap, cleansing items, stationery and other consumable items, provided, however, that if Owner determines that it can purchase operating supplies of a quality at least equal to that which Manager generally uses at a price lower than the price obtained by Manager, Manager shall purchase such operating supplies from the vendor designated by Owner;
Operating Supplies. FSO equipment will be reimbursed for fuel and operating fluids (transmission fluid, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), etc.) as required by manufacturer for safe operation of equipment during an assignment. Costs will be reimbursed with proper documentation (e.g., detailed receipt). Normal wear and tear and maintenance will be the FSO’s responsibility, as the rates for equipment are calculated to cover such costs.
Operating Supplies. The Working Capital Balance shall be inclusive of funds necessary to supply the Managed Properties with Operating Supplies, Operating Consumables, operating systems, services and equipment to the extent the same are provided for in the Approved Annual Plan and Operating Budget, or as otherwise approved in advance by Owner. Manager shall, on behalf of Owner, use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain such Operating Supplies and Operating Consumables as it deems reasonably necessary for the operation of the Managed Properties subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the then-current Approved Annual Plan and Operating Budget. In purchasing goods, supplies, equipment and services for the Managed Properties (including, without limitation, Operating Supplies, Operating Consumables and long distance telephone services and other telecommunications), Manager may utilize purchasing procurement services of Affiliates of Manager and/or other group buying techniques involving other properties managed by Manager, provided that the cost thereof shall be no more than that which would be charged by non-affiliated third-party vendors in an arm’s length transaction for goods and services of comparative quality. Manager shall afford each of the Managed Properties the benefit of and any savings (without xxxx-up or fees), rebates, reimbursements or other payments resulting from any purchasing procurement services and/or group buying techniques. Owner shall have the right, from time to time, to “opt-out” of or “opt-in” to any such purchasing procurement services for any one or more groups or categories of goods and services by delivering written notice to Manager.
Operating Supplies. Any and all operating supplies, whether consumables or non-consumables, used or consumed in the ordinary course of business at the Hotels and owned by Sellers or Operating Tenants, including without limitation, paper products, soap, cleaning supplies, food, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Operating Supplies. Operating supplies are to be provided by the Cooperator. Operating supplies may include but are not limited to fuel, oil, filters, lube/oil changes. Though all operating supplies are to be furnished by the Cooperator, the State may, at its option, elect to furnish such supplies when necessary to keep the equipment operating. The cost of such supplies will be deducted from reimbursement to the Cooperator.
Operating Supplies. “Operating Supplies” shall mean food and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and other consumable items used in the operation of the Businesses, such as playing cards, tokens, chips, plaques, dice, fuel, soap, cleaning materials, matches, paper goods, stationery and all other similar items.
Operating Supplies. 7.1 CM shall provide operating supplies as required in the manufacturing process. HP shall provide on consignment all indirect materials unique to HP.
7.2 Any changes to the use of operating supply materials and/or the supplier shall require written approval from HP. Operating supplies which require approval include but shall not be limited to oils, paper for printer testing and label printing ink ribbons.
7.3 Upon termination of this Agreement and/or business relationship for whatever reasons, CM shall return the remaining consigned indirect materials to HP in good condition.
Operating Supplies. On the Commencement Date and thereafter during the Lease Term, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall furnish and maintain at the Project all Operating Supplies necessary or desirable for the operation of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Lease. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain and replace the Operating Supplies so that the same quantities of such items that existed on the Commencement Date shall be left for the use of Landlord on the date of the expiration of the Lease Term.
