Common use of Operating Supplies Clause in Contracts

Operating Supplies. Operating supplies are to be provided by the Cooperator. Operating supplies may include but are not limited to fuel, oil, filters, lube/oil changes. Though all operating supplies are to be furnished by the Cooperator, the State may, at its option, elect to furnish such supplies when necessary to keep the equipment operating. The cost of such supplies will be deducted from reimbursement to the Cooperator.
