OPERATION AND SUPERVISION OF PROGRAM. The Boys and Girls Club will hire and supervise its own staff and program operations, and will not create additional work for site managers. District administrators may intervene in on-site operations to protect the safety of any person, to protect property or to avoid conflict between persons or programs. Program personnel will follow orders of the District administrators in these matters.
