Operation & Maintenance of Company Interconnection Facilities. The Company shall, at its own expense, operate and maintain, interconnecting equipment (as described in 2.1) on the Company’s side of the interconnect point. The Company may not modify or replace the interconnection equipment described in 2.1, where such modification/replacement would affect the safety and security of the system, without the prior written approval of JPS.
