Common use of Operation of Station Clause in Contracts

Operation of Station. The Seller will not engage in any practice, take any action, or enter into any transaction outside the Ordinary Course of Business. The Seller shall operate the Station in compliance with the FCC Licenses and the rules and regulations of the FCC, and the FCC Licenses shall at all times remain in full force and effect. The Seller shall file with the FCC all material reports, applications, documents, instruments and other information required to be filed in connection with the operation of the Station.

Operation of Station. The Seller Sellers will not engage in any practice, take any action, or enter into any transaction outside the Ordinary Course of Business. The Seller Sellers shall operate the Station Stations in compliance with the FCC Licenses and the rules and regulations of the FCC, and the FCC Licenses shall at all times remain in full force and effect. The Seller Sellers shall file with the FCC all material reports, applications, documents, instruments and other information required to be filed in connection with the operation of the StationStations.

The Seller Sellers shall file with the FCC all material reports, applications, documents, instruments and other information required to be filed in connection with the operation of the Station.
