Operation Period Reports. The Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority ‘Project Monitoring & Supervision Consultants’, if any, a quarterly operation and maintenance progress report during the Operation Period, which shall contain the following information: (i) Summary of Progress: Summary of operating and financial results for that quarter and explanations of any major variation between actual and projected results; (ii) Revenue: Details of the Revenue for the relevant quarter from each source (iii) Maintenance Plan: Maintenance plan for the Project for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including a commentary on any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).
