Operational language. Recognition Premium Operational employees required to provide operational service in both official languages shall receive a yearly premium of eight hundred dollars ($800), paid bi-weekly for each month they earn ten (10) days’ pay.

The Employer reserves the right to withdraw and/or modify the terms and conditions herein, pursuant to any further collective bargaining between the parties. All provisions of the current labor agreement not amended, altered, or changed as a result of this collective bargaining or local bargaining will remain as is and be included in the new labor agreement between the parties. This proposal, and all proposals presented by Roseburg, are presented as a package so that any and all terms are dependent on a complete resolution of all issues being reached, in addition to any specific contingencies referenced in the proposal.
Operational language. Recognition Premium Effective May operational employees required to provide operational service in both languages shall receive a yearly premium of eight hundred dollars paid monthly for each month they earn ten (10) days pay. Additional Responsibility Premium Employees required by manager to perform higher level supervisory responsibilities shall receive a premium of ten dollars ($10) for each fully completed shift. The above premium shall also be paid in situations where a supervisory employee is required to carry out an “operational skills assessment” on a team supervisor. This premium shall not be pyramided.

  • French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the Funder.
