Operational language. Recognition Premium Operational employees required to provide operational service in both official languages shall receive a yearly premium of eight hundred dollars ($800), paid bi-weekly for each month they earn ten (10) days’ pay.

The terms of this Recommended Settlement Agreement agreed to by the parties on October 8, 2020. 10/12/2020 ____________ Roseburg Forest Products 10/12/2020 ________________ Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters Roseburg Forest Products Operational Final Settlement October 8, 2020 (As TA’d on August 26, 2020, other than changes agreed to October 8, 2020) Roseburg Forest Products (“Roseburg” or “Employer”) proposes the following local, economic and other terms and conditions in resolution of the current collective bargaining between Roseburg Forest Products and Pacific NW Regional Council of Carpenters, Local Union No. 2949 and 2784, representing covered employees at the facilities specified in the current labor agreement between the parties. The Employer reserves the right to withdraw and/or modify the terms and conditions herein, pursuant to any further collective bargaining between the parties. All provisions of the current labor agreement not amended, altered, or changed as a result of this collective bargaining or local bargaining will remain as is and be included in the new labor agreement between the parties. This proposal, and all proposals presented by Roseburg, are presented as a package so that any and all terms are dependent on a complete resolution of all issues being reached, in addition to any specific contingencies referenced in the proposal.

Additional Responsibility Premium Employees required by manager to perform higher level supervisory responsibilities shall receive a premium of ten dollars ($10) for each fully completed shift. The above premium shall also be paid in situations where a supervisory employee is required to carry out an “operational skills assessment” on a team supervisor. This premium shall not be pyramided.
