Governing Language definition

Governing Language. In the event that a translation of this Agreement is prepared and signed by the parties, and a conflict arises between the English version and other language version this English language version shall be the official version and shall govern and control.. All disputes [litigation and arbitration] under this Agreement shall be resolved and conducted, regardless of the means or authority, in the English language.
