OPERATIONAL OFFICE. .1 The Property Manager shall maintain, for the term of the Contract, a fully responsive Operational Office for management and administration of the Contract. The office shall not be part of the facilities managed under the Contract, unless covered under a separate lease agreement. .2 The Property Manager shall, upon request of the Minister, make all necessary Contract related records and documents available at the On-site Office, or at another location determined by the Minister, where the Operational Office is more than 200 kilometers from the Property.
