Current temporary employees will be considered for full-time positions upon ratification. Their time at work will be used towards the 120-day probationary period. The probationary period will commence on or before November 17, 2000. October 24, 2000 RE: Xxxx Maple Heat Stress Program During the Contract Negotiations there was a request for a Heat Stress Program for the plant. The Joint Health & Safety Committee will be given the task to review heat stress in the plant no later than May 1, 2001. If no agreement on a Heat Stress Program is reached by May 1, 2001, a representative from Xxxx Corporate and UNITE Head Office, will meet to resolve issue by June 1, 2001.
