Washroom trailer and parking facilities for future projects will be discussed between the Company and the Union for the benefit and welfare of employees.

The Joint Health & Safety Committee will be given the task to review heat stress in the plant no later than May 1, 2001. If no agreement on a Heat Stress Program is reached by May 1, 2001, a representative from Xxxx Corporate and UNITE Head Office, will meet to resolve issue by June 1, 2001.
