Operational Set-up in Crew Scheduling. To determine training and coaching opportunities, the employer will implement desk checks for Crew Schedulers and Leads every twenty-four (24) months. It is understood the Company will provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to conducting a desk check.
