Operational Test. The purpose of this test is to ensure that volumes of usage in consecutive sequence can be extracted, distributed, and processed by U S WEST and AT&T.
Operational Test. The purpose of this test is to ensure that volumes of usage in consecutive sequence can be extracted, distributed, and processed by PACIFIC and CLEC. PACIFIC is required to provide CLEC with PACIFIC recorded, unrated intraLATA local and toll usage (as defined in Section II) for a minimum of five (5) consecutive days. CLEC will provide PACIFIC with the message validation reports associated with test usage. CLEC will rate and process the unrated intraLATA toll and local usage. CLEC will process this data to test bills. CLEC may request that the test usage contain specific usage volumes and characteristics to ensure a complete test. Specific usage volumes and characteristics will be discussed during detailed negotiations.
Operational Test. The purpose of this test is to ensure that volumes of usage in consecutive sequence can be extracted, distributed, and processed by GTE and AT&T. GTE is required to provide AT&T with GTE recorded, unrated usage (as defined in Section 2) for a minimum of five (5) consecutive days. AT&T will provide GTE with the message validation reports associated with test usage. AT&T will rate and process the unrated intraLATA toll and local usage. AT&T will process this data to test bills. AT&T may request that the test usage contain specific usage volumes and characteristics to ensure a complete test. Specific usage volumes and characteristics will be discussed during detailed negotiations.
Operational Test i) The operational tests shall be performed in accordance with ASME B30.2, Testing.
Operational Test. 1. Activate each remote control valve in sequence from controller. The Owner’s Representative will visually observe operation, water application patterns, and leakage. Functional test of the control system shall be performed and demonstrate that all parts of the control system function as specified or intended,
Operational Test i. Conduct an engine exercise for a minimum of 30 min. loaded to no less than one- third of the nameplate rating.
Operational Test. Notify City before starting test
Operational Test. 8.1. Conduct full operational test of machine including conducting a cavitation test and report
Operational Test. The parties shall conduct the operational test of the sewage treatment centre in accordance with the Sewage Treatment Technology Agreement (or the procedures and contents agreed by the relevant parties). The operational test period of the sewage treatment centre will take place within 30 days after the first payment is paid. If the operational test of the said transfer cannot be completed as outlined in the Sewage Treatment Technology Agreement within the operational test period for any reason on the part of the Vendors, the parties can extend the operational test period but for a period of no more then 30 days. If the test is unable to be completed within the extended period, the parties shall negotiate for further arrangements to be made. The operational test shall be completed within 180 days after the signing of the Agreement, save for delays caused by the Purchaser (or its newly established project company). Where the Acquisition is completed or a written waiver of the Purchaser has been obtained, the Vendors shall provide the supporting evidence in writing and issue a written notice to the Purchaser confirming that the closing arrangements of the Acquisition have been completed. The date on which such written notice is delivered to the Purchaser shall be the closing date of the Agreement (the “Closing Date”).
Operational Test. The purpose of this test is to ensure that volumes of usage in consecutive sequence can be extracted, distributed, and processed by BA and Sprint. Based on usage generated by Sprint, BA will provide Sprint with BA unrated Recorded Usage Data for a mutually agreed time frame. Sprint will provide BA with the message validation reports associated with test usage. Sprint will rate and process the unrated intraLATA toll and local usage records. Sprint will process this data to test bills. Sprint may request that the test usage contain specific usage volumes and characteristics to ensure a complete test. Sprint will also provide BA with the agreed upon control reports as part of this test.
