Average flow definition

Average flow means the average discharge of a stream at a particular point and normally is expressed in cubic feet per second. It may be determined from actual measurements or computed from the most accurate information available.
Average flow means the normal volume of sewage generated by domestic use, expressed in cubic meters, in any given year from April 1st to September 30th, divided by the total number of days within that same period;
Average flow means that result in terms of cubic feet of water per second derived by the division of the total number of cubic feet of water flowed by any stream or river, at the location thereon where the measurement is taken, in one year, or for an average of years, by the number of seconds in a year.
