Common use of Operations and Maintenance Work Clause in Contracts

Operations and Maintenance Work. TSP shall operate the TCS during the TCS Operations and Maintenance Term and provide all premises, materials, services and efforts necessary to perform the Operations and Maintenance Work in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents and all approved Plans specified in TR Section TP pertaining to the Operations and Maintenance Work, as the same may be revised from time to time pursuant to this Contract, the applicable approved Pass-Through Cost Items Budget, any Change Directive, the State and the Commonwealth’s respective current traffic control plans, the requirements of warranties and guarantees provided by suppliers, Subcontractors and vendors, the requirements of insurance policies, applicable Laws and Regulatory Approvals. Except for items specified as Pass-Through Cost Items in Exhibit H, all materials, services and efforts necessary to perform the Operations and Maintenance Work are included in the Total Toll Collection System Operations and Maintenance Price (Years 1 through 7) set forth in the Price Sheets in Exhibit C.
