OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPLACEMENT FUNDING. Total operations, maintenance, and replacement funding for Mutual-Benefit Projects specified in Articles 10.1.3.3 and 10.1.5.2 is $1,154,997. The United States shall not be obligated to pay any portion of these costs.
