Common use of OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION Clause in Contracts

OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence operation from the beginning of the first pay period after the date of this Agreements’ lodgement with and receipted by the Office of the Employment Advocate and its nominal expiry date shall be 30th September 2010.

OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. 1.4.1 This Agreement shall commence operation from the beginning of the first pay period after the date of this Agreements’ Agreement lodgement with (and receipted by receipt by) the Office of the Employment Advocate Workplace Authority and its nominal expiry date shall be 30th September 20105 years from the commencement date of this agreement.
