Operator Not the TRP Sample Clauses

The "Operator Not the TRP" clause establishes that the party designated as the operator in the agreement is not the Technical Responsible Person (TRP) for regulatory or compliance purposes. In practice, this means that while the operator may manage day-to-day operations or oversee certain activities, another individual or entity is formally recognized as the TRP, who holds the legal or regulatory responsibility. This distinction is important to clarify roles and responsibilities, ensuring that liability and compliance obligations are properly allocated and not inadvertently assumed by the operator.
Operator Not the TRP. With respect to Section 2.1, (insert name of Party to be TRP instead of Operator, or indicate “N/A”) N/A is designated as TRP.
