Contractor’s Staff definition

Contractor’s Staff means the Contractor’s Representative and all employees, consultants, agents and Sub-Contractors which the Contractor engages in relation to the Project;

Contractor’s Staff. Any employee of any contractor, by whomsoever engaged, including sub-contractors, consultants, or other persons engaged or appointed by such a contractor, including the Directors of companies so engaged under the Contract and self- employed persons.

Contractor’s Staff means all employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the CONTRACTOR and/or of any Sub-Contractor.

• Contractor and Contractor’s Staff may be involved with work pertaining to services provided by the County of Los Angeles and, if so, Contractor and Contractor’s Staff may have access to confidential data and information pertaining to persons and/or entities receiving services from the County.

• Contractor and Contractor’s Staff hereby agrees that they will not divulge to any unauthorized person any data or information obtained while performing work pursuant to the above-referenced contract between Contractor and the County of Los Angeles.

• Contractor understands and agrees that Contractor’s Staff must rely exclusively upon Contractor for payment of salary and any and all other benefits payable by virtue of Contractor’s Staff’s performance of work under the above- referenced contract.

• Contractor understands and agrees that Contractor’s Staff are not employees of the County of Los Angeles for any purpose whatsoever and that Contractor’s Staff do not have and will not acquire any rights or benefits of any kind from the County of Los Angeles by virtue of my performance of work under the above-referenced contract.

• Consequently, Contractor must sign this Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of work to be provided by Contractor’s Staff for the County.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Staff

Contractor’s Staff means all persons used by the Contractor to perform services under a specific commercial agreement and includes sub-contractor’s staff. “Criminal Record Declaration means a self-declaration of unspent criminal Form” convictions provided by a member of the Contractors Staff, an example of which is provided as Annex C to this document.

Contractor’s Staff means those employed or controlled by the Contractor, including Sub-Contractors.

Contractor’s Staff. The Contractor’s Representative and all employees, consultants, agents, and subcontractors (including their staff) which the Contractor engages to perform obligations under the V-Con Framework Agreement; “Days” Calendar days, except where the context requires another interpretation. “Data” Information generated by the Project which can be processed manually, electronically or by other means.

Contractor’s Staff also means Subcontractors’ directors, officers, employees, and agents who provide goods or services on behalf of the Subcontractor and Contractor.

Contractor’s Staff means a list prepared and updated by the Contractor of all Contractor Personnel who are engaged in, or wholly or List" mainly assigned to, the provision of the Services or any part of the Services as at the date of such list;

Contractor’s Staff means all persons employed by the Contractor and/or any Sub-Contractor to perform the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract together with the Contractor’s and/or any Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, contractors and sub-contractors used in the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract;

Contractor’s Staff means all persons employed by the Contractor or any sub‑contractor to perform the Services.
