Contractor’s Staff definition

Contractor’s Staff means all employees, staff, other workers, agents and consultants of the Contractor and of any sub- Contractors who are engaged in the provision of the Services from time to time.

Contractor’s Staff. Any employee of any contractor, by whomsoever engaged, including sub-contractors, consultants, or other persons engaged or appointed by such a contractor, including the Directors of companies so engaged under the Contract and self- employed persons.

Contractor’s Staff means all employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the CONTRACTOR and/or of any Sub-Contractor.

Examples of Contractor’s Staff in a sentence

• Without limiting sub-clauses 21.1 and 21.2 the Contractor shall adopt and carry out a written policy and set of procedures to protect Vulnerable Persons if: it is a company or partnership, or they are an individual who employs other persons; and in the course of providing the Services, the Contractor’s Staff or sub-contractors supervise, care for or have significant direct contact with Vulnerable Persons.

• The Contractor shall (and shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the Contractor’s Staff shall) undertake, or refrain from undertaking, such acts as the Authority requests so as to enable the Authority to comply with its obligations under the HRA.

• The Contractor shall ensure that each member of the Contractor’s Staff engaged on the Project observes the Conditions of this Agreement and any Variation entered into between the Parties hereto and that the Contractor’s Staff are promptly advised of any consequent changes in the scope of the Agreement or the Project.

• The Contractor shall (and shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the Contractor’s Staff shall) comply at all times with the Equality Act 2010 ("EA") and the Human Rights Act 1998 ("HRA").

More Definitions of Contractor’s Staff

Contractor’s Staff means all persons used by the Contractor to perform services under a specific commercial agreement and includes sub-contractor’s staff. “Criminal Record Declaration means a self-declaration of unspent criminal Form” convictions provided by a member of the Contractors Staff, an example of which is provided as Annex C to this document.

Contractor’s Staff means those employed or controlled by the Contractor, including Sub-Contractors.

Contractor’s Staff or “Staff” means all employees, staff, other workers, agents and consultants of the Contractor including the Key Person who are engaged in the provision of the Services from time to time.

Contractor’s Staff means the persons named in Item 9 of Schedule 1 as the professional staff who will provide the Project Services or such persons who the Authority’s Representative shall otherwise agree may be engaged in the provision of the Project Services. Data means any information, data, datasets or databases created by or on behalf of the Contractor in the course of providing the Project Services; Fixed Project Fee means a fixed lump sum fee payable to the Contractor for the provision of the Project Services under clause 5 and Schedule 3. Information Privacy Principles means the information privacy principles set out in the Privacy and Data Protection Xxx 0000 (Vic). Intellectual Property Rights includes all present and future copyright and neighbouring rights, all proprietary rights in relation to inventions (including patents) registered and unregistered trademarks (including service marks), registered designs, confidential information (including trade secrets and know how), circuit layouts, and all other rights resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary or artistic fields. Invitation to Supply means the document issued by the Authority seeking tenders or quotes for the provision of the Project Services. Laws means:

Contractor’s Staff. The Contractor’s Representative and all employees, consultants, agents, and subcontractors (including their staff) which the Contractor engages to perform obligations under the V-Con Framework Agreement; “Days” Calendar days, except where the context requires another interpretation. “Data” Information generated by the Project which can be processed manually, electronically or by other means.

Contractor’s Staff means a list prepared and updated by the Contractor of all Contractor Personnel who are engaged in, or wholly or List" mainly assigned to, the provision of the Services or any part of the Services as at the date of such list;

Contractor’s Staff also means Subcontractors’ directors, officers, employees, and agents who provide goods or services on behalf of the Subcontractor and Contractor.
