Common use of Operator’s Duties for Meetings Clause in Contracts

Operator’s Duties for Meetings. (a) With respect to meetings of the Operating Committee and any subcommittee, Paltar's duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) conduct of the meeting; and (ii) preparation of a written record or minutes of each meeting. (b) Paltar shall have the right to appoint the chairman of the Operating Committee and all subcommittees.
