Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel. On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you, as Representative of the several Underwriters, the opinion of Sim & XxXxxxxx, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to you in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel. On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you, as Representatives of the several Underwriters, the opinion of Denko Xxxxxx Xxxxx LLP, U.S. intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to you in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, and the opinion of Cabinet Xxxxx, foreign intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to you in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2.
Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel. On the Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you, as Representative of the several Underwriters, the opinion of Silicon Valley Patent Group LLP, intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated the Closing Date and addressed to you in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to you.

On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to the Representative an opinion of Fenwick & West LLP, intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to the Representative, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative.

On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you the opinion of Nxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Scarborough LLP, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to you in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to you.

On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you, as Representative of the several Underwriters, the opinion of Xxxxxx, Xxxxx & Bockius LLP, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representative.

On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you, as Representative of the several Underwriters, the opinion of Remenick PLLC, intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to you in form and substance satisfactory to you.

On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you the opinion of Clause Eight Intellectual Property Services LLP, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to you., dated such Closing Date and addressed to you.
Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel. On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you the opinion of De Klerk & Xxxxxxxx, intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to you in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

The Company shall cause to be furnished to the Agent on the initial Representation Date and on such other dates as may be reasonably requested by Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, the written opinion of Potter Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, intellectual property counsel to the Company.
