Option to a License. ISURF hereby grants to Company an option to obtain a license under the Option Technology to make, use and sell Products in the Option Field and the Option Territory.
Option to a License. (i) XXXX hereby grants to Company an option during the Option Period to negotiate a license agreement under the Optioned Patents in the Option Field and Option Territory. Said option shall terminate at the end of the Option Period.
Option to a License. (i) XXXX hereby grants to Licensee an option, for the period of time during which this Agreement is in effect, to negotiate a commercial license under the Licensed Patents to make, use and sell Therapeutic Products in the Option Field and Option Territory. Said option shall terminate simultaneously with the termination of this Agreement.
Option to a License. CCF grants Sponsor an option to a worldwide royalty-bearing license for each CCF Invention. The license sought can be exclusive or non-exclusive, at Sponsor's option. Any such license will include reasonable terms, to be negotiated in good faith.
Option to a License. 2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Optionor hereby grants to Optionee an option during the Option Period to negotiate a(n) [exclusive/non-exclusive] license under the Patent Rights and a non-exclusive option to negotiate a non-exclusive license to Licensed Technology in the Option Field and Option Territory. This grant is subject to the payment by Optionee to Optionor of all consideration required under this Agreement, and subject to any rights of the Government of the United States as set forth in Section 2.2.
