Option Field definition

Option Field shall be limited to Nerve Regeneration.

  • If BioTime does not exercise the option within such time period, then AgeX shall be free to Research, Develop, or Exploit the AgeX IP in the BioTime Option Field or to license to a Third Party AgeX IP for Research, Development, or Exploitation in the BioTime Option Field; and (c) AgeX Assignment of Rights to BioTime.

  • ISURF hereby agrees that during the Option Period it will not grant to any other third party any license under the Option Technology to make, use and sell Products [or Services] in the Option Territory and the Option Field.
