Common use of Optional Critical Illness Insurance Clause in Contracts

Optional Critical Illness Insurance. the Employer agrees to provide the option for the employee, their spouse and dependent children, to purchase voluntary critical illness insurance ranging from $10,000 to $150,000, one hundred percent ($100%) paid by the employee, in multiples of $5000. (Effective March 1, 2010)
