Optional Overdraft Protection Services. You may apply for overdraft protection from an established line of credit account. If you qualify for this service, you may save money on the fees/charges you pay us for overdraft protection. Item Clearing Practices: GFA Federal Credit Union will clear checks, as presented, in check number order, lowest to highest. Items that clear through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) will be performed with ACH credits posted first, largest to smallest as presented and then ACH debits, smaller to largest as presented. Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Point of Sale (POS) transactions are posted in real-time as they occur.

Optional Overdraft Protection Services. We offer optional overdraft protection services that you may apply for such as Line of Credit Overdraft Protection (where your line of credit is used for overdraft protection) and Transfer Overdraft Protection (where funds from another account, such as your savings account, are used for overdraft protection). If you apply and are qualified for these optional services, we will look first to these services for overdraft protection before applying our Courtesy Pay program when your account is overdrawn. These other overdraft services may save you money on the total fees you pay us for overdraft protection. Please see Credit Agreement and Truth-in-Lending Disclosure for more details on these plans. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Application Services Under an “Application Services” engagement, we will assist you with defining, developing and deploying end-to-end enterprise or departmental applications; tasks may include determining the optimal technology approach and caching strategy to deliver effective, high-performance applications; leveraging a best practice approach for building new applications which includes conducting user workshops, building wireframes, iterating, testing, documenting and mentoring to increase adoption; and enhancing, optimizing or redesigning existing applications for improved user experience, faster performance or extended functionality.
