OPTIONAL SERVICES – TREND MICRO. The Parties acknowledge that Trend Micro (as described in Appendix A to this Schedule 1 (Support Services) is an Optional Service which is available to the Client at no additional cost. Trend Micro is not included in the Services from the Support Date. If the Parties agree that Trend Micro will be provided by the Supplier as an Optional Service, a Statement of Work in relation to this service (including, but not limited to, implementation of the service) will be agreed by the Parties in accordance with Clause 14 (Change Control).
