Options of Unit Members Notified of Layoff. The District shall notify a unit member whose position has been eliminated that he/she must elect one of the following within five (5) working days of receipt of notice. Except for options (g) and (h), the following options are listed in priority order, and the unit member must select the first applicable option. The unit member has the right to select options (g) and (h), regardless of the availability of other options listed.
