OPTIONS PERSONAL TO ORIGINAL LESSEE. Each Option granted to Lessee in this Lease is personal to the original Lessee, and cannot be assigned or exercised by anyone other than said original Lessee and only while the original Lessee is in full possession of the Premises and, if requested by Lessor, with Lessee certifying that Lessee has no intention of thereafter assigning or subletting.

OPTIONS PERSONAL TO ORIGINAL LESSEE. Each Any Option granted to Lessee in this Lease is personal to the original Lessee, and cannot be assigned or exercised by anyone other than said original Lessee and only while the original Lessee is in full possession of the Premises and, if requested by Lessor, with Lessee certifying that Lessee has no intention of thereafter assigning or subletting.

OPTIONS PERSONAL TO ORIGINAL LESSEE. OPTIONS PERSONAL TO ORIGINAL LESSEE. Each Any Option granted to Lessee in this Lease is personal to the original Lessee, and cannot be assigned or exercised by anyone other than said original Lessee or a Permitted Assignee (as such term is defined in the Addendum) and only while the original Lessee is in full possession of the Premises and, if requested by Lessor, with Lessee certifying that Lessee has no intention of thereafter assigning or subletting.

OPTIONS PERSONAL TO ORIGINAL LESSEE. Each Option granted to Lessee in this Lease is personal to the original Lesseelessee named in paragraph 1.1 hereof, and cannot be voluntarily or involuntarily assigned or exercised by anyone any person or entity other than said original Lessee and only while the original Lessee is in full and actual possession of the Premises and, if requested by Lessor, with Lessee certifying that Lessee has no and without the intention of thereafter assigning or sublettingsubletting except as a successor.

For purposes hereof, the original Lessee shall be deemed to include a successor lessee to whom Lessee's interest in the Lease is assigned in a transaction that does not require the consent of Lessor pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.

OPTIONS PERSONAL TO ORIGINAL LESSEE. Each Any Option granted to Lessee in this Lease is personal to the original Lessee, and cannot be assigned or exercised by anyone other than said original Lessee and only while the original Lessee is in full possession of the Premises and, if requested by Lessor, with Lessee certifying that Lessee has no intention of thereafter assigning or sublettingPremises.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the preceding sentence, the Option may be assigned in connection with any Permitted Transfer of this Lease.
