ORC. In March of each year, a conference shall be held where the member and the Superintendent or designee will determine if the retiree will continue his or her employment. If there is mutual agreement to continue employment in a given assignment, a subsequent one-year limited contract shall be approved by the Board. This provision supersedes and replaces Sections 3319.11 and 3319.111 ORC.
