Access to Workplace. Union representatives may, after informing the Supervisor, visit the work location of employees covered by this Agreement. Access shall be allowed provided it does not disrupt the regular work activities of employees or the department.

Non-employee Union representatives shall notify the Township Business Administrator and obtain permission prior to entering the premises.

Access to Workplace. Association representatives may, after informing the appropri- ate management representative, visit the work location of employees covered by this Agreement. Access shall be allowed provided it does not disrupt the regular work activi- ties of employees or the Office. The Association, or it legal counsel, shall be permitted access to Association-represented employee personnel files; and any access granted shall be limited as set forth in this Agreement.
Access to Workplace. A representative of a union is entitled to enter the workplace in accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000.
Access to Workplace. Members of the Health and Safety Committee shall conduct an inspection of the worksite at least once per month. No restriction shall be placed on this inspection. In the event of an accident requiring attention by a medical doctor, or an occupational health problem, a Union member of the Health and Safety Committee shall be allowed to complete an investigation of the occurrence.
Access to Workplace. 38.01 The Employer agrees to place all Employees on an access list at the Student Union Building and will allow them to sign out a key to the office for use outside of business hours ensuring access to the STUSU office.
Access to Workplace. An authorized representative of the Union upon presentation of proper identification to the Executive Director (or designee) shall have reasonable access during regular working hours to the place of business covered by this Agreement for purposes of conducting official Union business including investigating or processing grievances. The Union shall notify the Executive Director in writing of the name of any such authorized representative of the Union. Access under this Section 3.6 shall not in any way interfere with the work of any employee or the Employer’s operation(s). An authorized representative of the Union shall in each instance obtain permission from the Executive Director or designee prior to entering the property and prior to contacting any employee. Access shall not be unreasonably denied. Nothing in this Section 3.6 shall be interpreted as allowing authorized Union representatives to communicate with employees during their work hours (excluding meal and break periods, and time before and after the employees’ shifts).
Access to Workplace. Official UE International Representatives or Field Organizers may consult with employees before or after the completion of the employee’s work day and shall be permitted access to work areas at such times only for the purpose of adjusting grievances, assisting in the settlement of disputes, and for the purpose of effectuating the provisions and terms of this Agreement. Such UE International Representative or Field Organizer shall, after entering a building during normal work hours, first inform the head supervisory person in the building of his/her presence. Annually, not later than November 15th, the Union shall supply the Board with a list of authorized field representatives, Union Stewards, and Local Officers (including, but not limited to, President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer), which list shall be kept current by the Union. The Board shall furnish to the Local Union the names of all Board members, administrators and supervisors in charge at all work locations.
