Data Retention The Company will hold and use the Data only as long as is necessary to implement, administer and manage the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, or as required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, including under tax and security laws.
Medical Records Business Manager shall advise and assist --------------- Practice as to the establishment, monitoring and maintenance of procedures and policies for the timely creation, preparation, filing and retrieval of all medical records generated by Practice in connection with Practice's provision of Medical Services; and, subject to applicable law, shall ensure that medical records are promptly available to Physicians and any other appropriate persons. All such medical records shall be retained and maintained in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. All medical records are, and will remain, the property and Confidential Information of Practice and its patients.

PROCEDURES SPECIFIC TO CUSTOM BASKETS The Fund has developed custom creation, redemption and other non-typical baskets (the “Custom Baskets”). Custom Baskets are intended to allow the Participant to transact in a Fund and other non-standard baskets using the Custom Basket process. The Custom Basket process allows for cash-in-lieu for certain securities as well as non-typical baskets and continues to settle through the standard CNS process at NSCC. It is the responsibility of the Participant to apply to the NSCC by contacting DTCC Participant Services at 000-000-0000 and the Transfer Agent at 000-000-0000 to allow them to receive Custom Baskets as well as the regular daily standard baskets (the “Standard Baskets”). To ensure proper tracking of a Fund to its benchmark index the following guidelines must be followed when transacting Custom Baskets:
Research Records Each Party shall maintain records of each Research Program (or cause such records to be maintained) in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner as will properly reflect all work done and results achieved by or on behalf of such Party in the performance of such Research Program. Records; Visits The books and records pertaining to the Fund, which are in the possession or under the control of PFPC, shall be the property of the Fund. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. The Fund and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC to the Fund or to an Authorized Person, at the Fund's expense.
