Data Requirements definition

Data Requirements means the requirements set out in section V of this document; “fare” means the total transportation charges and taxes for a trip including any surge- or variable-pricing adjustment and excluding any gratuities;
Data Requirements means Privacy Laws applicable to the Sellers' and the Servicers' conduct of business, all agreements to which it is bound, and all internal or customer-facing policies of the Sellers and the Servicers, in each case with respect to collection, use, storage, transfer, privacy, protection, or security of information.

Examples of Data Requirements in a sentence

  • Before entering into a subcontract for any non-U.S. products or services in excess of $100,000 in support of this Contract, Seller shall complete and submit to Buyer Form X33647, entitled, “Advance Content Notification/Supplier Foreign Content Report” as set forth in the Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL) applicable to this Contract.

More Definitions of Data Requirements

Data Requirements means all applicable (a) Data Protection Laws; (b) industry standards and certifications binding on the Company Group related to the privacy, security or the Processing of Personal Data (including, to the extent applicable, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS)), (c) contractual commitments related to the privacy, security or the Processing of Personal Data and (d) publicly posted policies, notices and/or statements related to the privacy, security or the Processing of Personal Data.
Data Requirements means: (i) the Data Specifications; (ii) the Data Instructions; (iii) any other Exchange decision, policy, interpretation, user guide, operating procedure, specifications, requirement or other documentation that is regulatory or technical in nature in relation to Data and published from time to time on the Website; and (iv) all applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decisions, interpretations, opinions and other requirements with respect to Data promulgated by a governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over Data.
Data Requirements means all applicable Laws, and any of Seller’s and its Affiliates’ Contractual requirements and published rules, policies and procedures, in each case, relating to the privacy, security, collection, usage, storage or processing of data.
Data Requirements means, collectively, all Data Laws, Data Agreements, and Data Policies.
Data Requirements has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 11(a) of Schedule C;
Data Requirements has the meaning given to it in Clause 19.1 (Protection of Personal Data);
