Order of Call-In from MDO. If additional hours of work become 6 available on the unit and shift after an MDO is assigned, nurses from 7 the unit and shift on MDO with standby will be called in first in the 8 reverse order called off, The Medical Center will then attempt to call in 9 nurses from the unit and shift on MDO who are not on standby, but 10 such nurses are not required to come to work.
