ORDER OF PRIORITY. If there is any discrepancy between the details of the Subject Transaction for which the Customer has performed FOREX Contract Confirmation operation under the Services and the Transaction Confirmation separately submitted by the Customer, then confirmation by the FOREX Contract Confirmation shall prevail.
