Ordering of Other UNE Services. 2.14.4.1 Whenever <<customer_name>> has reserved a facility through BellSouth's preordering LMU service, should <<customer_name>> seek to place a subsequent UNE LSR on a reserved facility, <<customer_name>> shall provide BellSouth the RESID/FRN of the single spare facility on the appropriate UNE LSR., <<customer_name>> will be billed the appropriate rate element for the specific type UNE loop ordered by <<customer_name>> as set forth in this Attachment. <<customer_name>> will not be billed any additional Loop Makeup charges for the loop so ordered. Should <<customer_name>> choose to place a UNE LSR having previously submitted a request for preordering LMU without a reservation, <<customer_name>> will be billed the appropriate rate element for the specific UNE loop ordered as well as additional Loop Makeup charges as set forth in this Attachment. IDS may choose to use equipment that it deems will enable it to provide a certain type and level of service over a particular BellSouth loop; however, such configurations may not match BellSouth's or the industry’s standards and specifications for the intended type and level of service. Accordingly, IDS shall be responsible for insuring that the specific loop type (ADSL, HDSL, or otherwise) ordered on the LSR matches the LMU of the facility requested. IDS bears full responsibility for being knowledgeable of BellSouth's technical standards and the specifications of BellSouth's loops. IDS bears full responsibility for making the appropriate ordering decisions of matching BellSouth loops with IDS’ equipment for accomplishing IDS’ end goal for the intended service it wishes to provide its end- user(s). IDS is fully responsible for any of its service configurations that may differ from BellSouth's technical standard for the loop type ordered.

Should <<customer_name>> Z-Tel choose to place a UNE LSR service order having previously submitted a request for preordering LMU without a reservation, <<customer_name>> additional loop makeup charges will be billed apply as part of BellSouth's provisioning of the appropriate rate element for the specific UNE loop service ordered as well as additional Loop Makeup charges as set forth in this Attachmentby Z-Tel. For those occasions when BellSouth BellSouth's assignment system cannot assign the specific facility of preferred loop makeup as reserved by <<customer_name>> Z-Tel during the LMU pre- pre-ordering transaction, due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by <<customer_name>> during the ordering process, BellSouth will assign to <<customer_name>>, subject to availability, Z-Tel a facility that meets the BellSouth technical standards of the BellSouth type loop as ordered by <<customer_name>>Z-Tel. If BellSouth has provided this LMU service to allow Z-Tel the ordered opportunity and responsibility of determining the qualification for itself of BellSouth's loops for the specific services that Z-Tel wishes to provide over certain loops. BellSouth further recognizes that Z-Tel may choose to use equipment that it deems will enable it to provide a certain type and level of service over a particular BellSouth loop; however, such configurations may not match BellSouth's standards and specifications for the intended type and level of service. Accordingly, Z-Tel shall be responsible for insuring that the specific loop type (ADSL, HDSL, or otherwise) ordered on the LSR matches the specifications of the facility for which pre-order LMU with RESID/FRN has been requested. Z-Tel bears full responsibility for being knowledgeable of BellSouth's technical standards and the specifications of BellSouth's loops. Z-Tel bears full responsibility for making the appropriate ordering decisions of matching BellSouth loops with Z-Tel's equipment for accomplishing Z-Tel's end goal for the intended service it wishes to provide its end-user(s). Z-Tel is not available, <<customer_name>> fully responsible for any of its service configurations that may utilize the Unbundled Loop Modification process or the Special Construction process, as applicable, to obtain the loop type ordereddiffer from BellSouth's technical standard for that service.

Should <<customer_name>> DSL Telecom choose to place a UNE LSR having previously submitted a request for preordering LMU without a reservation, <<customer_name>> DSL Telecom will be billed the appropriate rate element for the specific UNE loop ordered as well as additional Loop Makeup charges as set forth in this Attachment. Birch is not available, <<customer_name>> fully responsible for any of its service configurations that may utilize the Unbundled Loop Modification process or the Special Construction process, as applicable, to obtain the loop type ordereddiffer from BellSouth's technical standard for that service.

Should <<customer_name>> Broadslate choose to place a UNE LSR having previously submitted a request for preordering LMU without a reservation, <<customer_name>> Broadslate will be billed the appropriate rate element for the specific UNE loop ordered as well as additional Loop Makeup charges as set forth in this Attachment. Should <<customer_name>> Metro FiberLink, Inc. choose to place a UNE LSR having previously submitted a request for preordering LMU without a reservation, <<customer_name>> Metro FiberLink, Inc. will be billed the appropriate rate element for the specific UNE loop ordered as well as additional Loop Makeup charges as set forth in this Attachment.
