Common use of Organization and Administration Clause in Contracts

The governing body of the MPO shall appoint and maintain such policy, citizen and/or technical advisory committees as deemed appropriate to effectively carry out the comprehensive metropolitan transportation planning process under this Agreement. WisDOT and the Transit Operator shall be represented on such policy and technical advisory committees.
