Orientation of Newly Hired Nurses. During the orientation of newly hired 13 nurses, the Medical Center shall provide an Association representative with a 30-minute 14 period scheduled approximately midway through the orientation day, not adjacent to the 15 lunch period, to discuss the Association. The Association’s representative will receive a 16 maximum of 30 minutes pay. The Medical Center will provide a schedule of orientation, 17 including the names and contact information of the newly hired nurses, to the 18 Association for the purposes of scheduling an Association representative.
